RESERVATION : We provide 7 days and 24 hours service therefore you can modify your reservation at any time. Reservation should be modified  online within 48 hours with the use of the credit card. all the reservation are ought  to be conformed by emails. Every clients should provide every valid details.  Your credit card. will not be charged until 24 hours. After that it will be charged and will not get the refund. Charges varies according to the times , that is, from 8 p.m to 10 p.m the charge will be 20 % more. From 10 p.m to 5 a.m it is 30% - 40% more and from 5 a.m – 7 a.m it is 20%. For every French Holidays we do charge 20% extra. CANCELLATION : Cancellation also should be done through emails only. We do request you to use the same email addresses for reservation as well as cancellation. Cancellation should be modified within 48 hours prior to the time of booking, otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the booking price. PAYMENTS : Payment is required at the time of a booking request. If we are able to provide the service, then we will send confirmation of the booking details by email. If we are unable to provide the service, a cancellation of the booking will be sent to the client by email. All payments made for a booking will be refunded if it is cancelled by our service. Credit card payments should be made with the booking (note: we take credit card only for guarantee),therefore, all payments have to be made in cash or money transfer (We do charge 5% extra if paid by credit card). We do accept direct cash pay but we need your credit card as guarantee. ARRIVAL : Vehicles will be available on time at your scheduled time of your flight. In case of flight delay in more than one hour then you will be put on the next available transfer.  Normally the driver will be waiting in front of your arrival gate with a sign of your party's name. DEPARTURE : Reconfirm your departure within 24 hours in advance to ensure that the given detail such as flight scheduled time, airport and pick- up addresses are correct. Every client should provide us with valid mobile number including the international dialling code. The passenger should check for messages left on their mobile contact number during the day prior to travel.  Resort to Airport pick up times are approximate, if a change of collection from the time quoted at the time of booking is necessary the Passenger will be notified during the last 48 hours before the transfer. If the passenger does not have a valid mobile number, ensure that a resort contact number has been provided for the passenger(s). Notification of any pick-up time changes will be sent by SMS text or by calling the mobile contact number given on the booking VEHICLE : We run a fleet of new style vehicles with 3, 5 and 6 or/8 passenger seats. They are air-conditioned for the summer, and fully equipped for the winter. Most important it is a non smoking vehicle. LUGGAGE : All luggages must be clearly labelled with the owner's name and destination address. Customers are limited to two items of luggage. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. Then it will be convenience for us to decide which vehicle to be sent, otherwise we reserve the right to charge an excess baggage allowance or refuse to transport the items. PRICING : We charge the same rate for all occupied seats. We provide car seats for children unless you clearly indicate the number of children and their age on the day of reservation. LIABILITY : We will endeavour to carry the passenger with the minimum discomfort and inconvenience to his/her destination at the time shown on the Transport Voucher. However, we will not incur any liability whatsoever if circumstances  beyond its control prevent the achievement of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control (this list is not exhaustive): •  restricted vehicular access •  exceptional or severe weather conditions •  compliance with requests of the police •  deaths and accidents on the road •  vandalism and terrorism •  unforeseen traffic delays •  industrial action by third parties •  problems caused by other customers...
